It's here! Copilot’s new Cash Flow tab is designed to give you a quick look at how you're doing in three important areas — income, spending, and net income. In this tab, you can also compare your progress across various time frames and get down to category and transaction level details.
In this new tab, you also have the ability to show your excluded transactions in your total spend amount for a better view of your actual spending.
Something to keep in mind is that Cash Flow only looks at what happened up until today, and doesn't take into account any unpaid Recurrings or future transactions like the Categories tab. Forecasting future spending and income is on our radar, so upvote that feature request to get notified when we’re working on it!

Timeline view of month to see high spending weeks

Would love a timeline view. Maybe broken by weeks to see which weeks in a month we spend the most. Maybe even set it by pay day. ie: if payday is every two weeks, can see if bills are higher in a period vs another.
We have a ton of our expenses in the first 10 days of the month. Would be great to easily see what those are in relation to pay etc.

I’d like to compare this month’s income total to what I expect my monthly income to be, rather than to last month’s income.

Cashflow forecasting

Most of my spending happens on credit cards, so my cashflow is separate from monthly budgets (e.g. my checking account balance drops by a lot on a few days every month, and doesn't change much otherwise).
I currently keep track of this via a manual spreadsheet, based on my credit card closing dates (e.g. once a statement closes, I record the statement balance in a future-dated entry in my spreadsheet). I also sometimes have one-off payments I know I'll have in the future that I'll want to record.
I keep this spreadsheet to determine my minimum checking account balance at any point in the foreseeable future. I'm basically trying to answer the question: "based on what I know today, how much free cash do I have anytime in the foreseeable future for emergencies, or that I can transfer to an investment account?"
I'd love to have a cashflow forecasting feature like that in Copilot.
